In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources functions for our partner's operations. Accountabilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with workforce planning.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Manage performance review cycles and support leadership in talent development.
  • Implement career progression frameworks and succession planning strategies.
  • Coordinate payroll processes and ensure adherence to local labor regulations.
  • Maintain HR documentation and support internal audits.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
  • Analyze turnover trends and recommend retention strategies.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and employee records.
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision‑making.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage HR functions independently and strategically.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in remote work environments and cross‑cultural teams is an advantage.
