We are on the hunt for a standout recruiter—the linchpin to propel our team’s expansion by bringing top-tier caregiving and nursing talent to our operations in Arizona and Colorado.

Role Overview :

As a pivotal player in our recruitment process, you will be connecting with candidates, pitching the compelling reasons to join our ranks, and orchestrating virtual video interviews with flair and finesse.

Work Schedule:

You’ll be at the helm Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.

Location:

Remote (Work‑From‑Home)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily recruitment efforts including application review, sourcing talent, and candidate interviews.
  • Successfully woo and onboard 5+ candidates each week in your local bureau.
  • Be an active, enthusiastic participant in monthly recruitment round tables.
  • Guide new recruits along the pathway from onboarding to accomplished team member.
  • Collaborate with coordination counterparts to ensure the fulfillment of all client needs and shifts with precision.
  • Engage with clientele and employees with a polished, professional touch.
  • Transform challenges into triumphs with an upbeat, proactive approach.
  • Embody our brand’s ethos in every public interaction to promote and uphold our commitment to care.
  • Respond to information requests with promptitude, professionalism, and kindness.
  • Willingly undertake additional tasks or projects as directed.
The Ideal Candidate :
  • Brings to the table a robust two-year track record in recruiting or staffing.
  • Comes equipped with experience in the recruitment of healthcare professionals and caregivers (bonus points for this!).
  • Exhibits a natural flair for nurturing and developing caregiver talent (another gold star if this is you!).
  • Thrives independently, ably navigates ambiguity, and smoothly sails through collaborative waters.
  • Demonstrates a knack for critical thinking and swift decision-making.
  • Exudes superior customer service prowess with a heartfelt drive to make a positive impact on care provision.
  • Navigates the tech seas with ease and adapts to new digital horizons with infectious zeal.
  • Commands a proficient grasp of Microsoft Office Suite and boasts typing skills of 60+ WPM.
  • Contributes to a problem‑solving culture—where obstacles are met with creative resolve.
  • Coordinates with clockwork precision to align staffing, scheduling, and a constellation of intricate projects.
