Workday HCM Consultant – Generalist
A key Hale client is looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to provide support to their internal team. The company has the full Workday HCM suite and require experienced support from an individual that has worked across multiple functional areas. The client needs a true Workday expert, someone who is confident taking a task and delivering it. Finding someone that will be able to help upskill their team, whilst working with them, is highly desired.
Details- 6‑month Contract
- Remote (quarterly travel for key meetings)
- 40 hours per week
- Start date:
ASAP
- Configure HCM modules:
Core HR, Organizations, and Business Processes. - Provide support and training to end users.
- 3+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Broad knowledge across multiple HCM modules.
The client is in a stable position, but due to a consistent increase in optimization projects, they are looking for external support to help them manage and continue to deliver. The internal team are all in on Workday, and they have a brilliant team culture. This is a great opportunity for a long‑term project working in an excellent environment.
