Responsibilities- Support the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Coordinate HR and recruitment projects, including job fairs and training presentations
- Maintain records and track department calendars
- Help create a positive experience for Applicants and throughout the Employee Life Cycle
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or 1-2 years of HR/recruiting experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; HRIS experience a plus
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and collaborative
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Hybrid work schedule (Thursday in-office required)

Work EnvironmentThis position may work on a hybrid schedule, combining both in-office and remote work; requiring three days in-office during the workweek.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must be able to lift and carry 10 lbs. (i.e. laptop or monitor) in order to move it as needed. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
