The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in building EEI's workforce by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across engineering, commissioning, field services, and professional roles. This role serves as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, a cultural ambassador to candidates, and a key partner in strengthening EEI's employer brand.
This position is ideal for someone who values relationship-based recruiting, believes candidate experience matters, and enjoys building scalable recruiting processes that support long-term growth.
Salary Range: $89,500 - $110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Recruit for engineering, commissioning, field, and professional roles.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Deliver a positive, white-glove candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Support interview processes and hiring decisions.
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
- Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs as needed.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred).
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
