• Analyze training needs and develop curriculum to support the vision and mission of the employer
• Design, develop, and evaluate training curriculum to meet department, state, and federal mandates
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training materials for diverse job functions
• Assist with the delivery and implementation of training programs, including "train the trainer" initiatives
• Create job aids and other instructional supports for new and experienced staff

• Must possess a bachelor's degree in any major
• Human Resources Developer 9:
  No specific type or amount of experience required
• Human Resources Developer 10:
  Minimum of one year of professional experience in staff development or training
• Human Resources Developer P11:
  Minimum of two years of experience, including one year equivalent to a Human Resources Developer 10
• Human Resources Developer 12:
  Minimum of three years of experience, including one year equivalent to a Human Resources Developer P11

• Experience in planning, developing, conducting, or evaluating training programs in a healthcare or public service setting
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Experience with curriculum development for diverse audiences
