- Must possess a bachelor's degree in any major
- Human Resources Developer 9:
No specific type or amount of experience required - Human Resources Developer 10:
Minimum of one year of professional experience in staff development or training - Human Resources Developer P11:
Minimum of two years of experience, including one year equivalent to a Human Resources Developer 10 - Human Resources Developer 12:
Minimum of three years of experience, including one year equivalent to a Human Resources Developer P11
- Experience in planning, developing, conducting, or evaluating training programs in a healthcare or public service setting
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Experience with curriculum development for diverse audiences
