We offer competitive salary, great benefits, and opportunities for professional development. This position may have a starting salary of $94,000 annually or more commensurate with experience. Meet annual billable goals to qualify for four separate bonus programs. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, FSA, and a 401(k) with a safe harbor allocation after one year, we also provide a personal umbrella policy and access to a free onsite gym.

Our objective bonus programs rewards additional compensation after meeting billable goals, along with the potential for a year-end discretionary bonus based on significant contributions. This position offers flexibility, including remote work and reduced hours for the right candidate.
