Job Title: Contract Talent Acquisition Coordination Specialist
Location: Remote – Arizona residents required (preference for Phoenix, AZ or Safford, AZ)
Compensation: $32–$38 per hour, flexible depending on experience

Qualifications- Prior experience supporting talent acquisition or recruiting operations
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Experience with Success Factors and Hire Vue is a plus
- Background in mining, energy, oil, or gas industries is preferred but not required
Addison Group is hiring a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordination Specialist for our client. This role supports recruiting operations by coordinating interviews, reviewing candidate applications, assisting with offers, and maintaining accurate hiring records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

About Our ClientOur client is a well-established organization seeking additional contract support for its talent acquisition team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient hiring process across multiple roles and business units.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and occasional in-person interviews, including panel logistics and candidate communications
- Review resumes and applications to confirm alignment with minimum role requirements
- Support offer preparation by assisting with approvals, documentation, and delivery steps
- Maintain and organize candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
- Participate in interviews as needed to capture feedback and ensure consistent evaluation
- Review one-way or digital interviews and provide recommendations based on established criteria
- Keep applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets up to date, ensuring accurate status reporting
- Provide regular updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners on candidate progress
- Ensure hiring records are complete, compliant, and audit‑ready
- Fully remote work environment
- Limited in‑person requirements (not to exceed 10% annually)
- Exposure to large‑scale recruiting operations

- Arizona residency is required
- Occasional in‑person attendance may be required for meetings, trainings, or career events
- Assignment length is anticipated to be 6+ months
