Nadi Talent Group is a staffing and recruiting agency based in Jakarta, specializing in connecting hospitality and F&B professionals with leading hotels, restaurant groups, and resorts across the GCC. We match candidate talent with international roles while supporting recruitment operations from Indonesia.

The Role

As a Recruiting Consultant, you’ll help connect top Indonesian hospitality talent with leading premium hospitality brands in the GCC, enabling them to succeed in international roles while growing your expertise in overseas manpower recruitment.
This role is a 3-month contract that can extend into a full time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for hospitality and F&B roles for clients in the GCC region, from sourcing and evaluating candidates to ensuring smooth placement for international clients.
  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent, using multiple channels and creative sourcing strategies to find candidates that meet client standards.
  • Oversee and manage candidate documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for client review.
  • Coordinate closely with clients throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and ensuring alignment on candidate selection.
  • Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Track recruitment progress, manage timelines, and ensure efficient delivery of manpower requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and improve recruitment strategies, processes, and candidate sourcing to meet client expectations and business goals.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency.
  • Strong preference for experience in hospitality or F&B recruitment.
  • Familiar with manpower recruitment for overseas placement, including BP2MI regulations, legal documentation, and placement processes for Indonesian migrant workers.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and persistent in candidate follow-ups.
