Location
This position is based out of Omaha, NE or Lenexa, KS. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting and requires in-office attendance Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities- Lead new hires through their first days, ensuring they feel welcomed, prepared, and inspired and continue ensuring their onboarding success through their first week of employment.
- Partner with managers to make certain offboarding is professional and supportive.
- Apply listening tools, feedback loops, and data insights to improve processes.
- Work across HR functions to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Use technology and AI-enhanced insights to personalize experiences and streamline delivery.
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR, employee experience, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills paired with relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with evolving tools and technologies.
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Regular, reliable attendance.
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely.

- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
