Workers' Medical Claims Adjuster | Remote

Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Only Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join their Texas team. This remote position is responsible for managing Medical Only claims from inception to closure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Texas Workers’ Compensation law and proven experience handling medical-only files. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering remote flexibility, medical/dental/vision/401k benefits, competitive pay, and the potential to transition to a permanent role.

• Independently handle Texas Workers’ Compensation Medical Only claims from start to resolution.
• Coordinate and oversee medical treatment, ensuring compliance with Texas Workers’ Compensation guidelines.
• Review medical bills and records for accuracy and appropriateness of care.
• Communicate effectively with injured workers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide excellent customer service while adhering to company best practices.

• 2+ years' experience handling Texas Medical Only Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Strong knowledge of Texas Workers’ Compensation law and medical billing practices.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• $30.00/hr - $36.00/hr (based on experience)
