Dental Network Recruiter Support Specialist

• Analyze and scrub lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness before routing to recruiters
• Extract and synthesize data from multiple sources to support recruitment strategies
• Communicate with providers regarding their contract status and ensure completion of documentation
• Track the life cycle of contracts, following up on any delays with the processing team
• Assist the recruitment team with field preparation for conferences and events

• Minimum associate’s degree; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in the insurance industry or analytics-driven administrative roles
• Strong data and analytical background
• Proficient in Excel, CRM platforms, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Previous experience in a professional health office
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and contract management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
