• Assess, design, and implement scalable organizational structures aligned with strategy and culture
• Lead organizational design and effectiveness projects, including workshops and decision-making sessions
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations for leaders
• Develop clear communications and presentations to support project outcomes
• Coach and enable Human Resources partners on best practices in change management and organization design

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of professional experience
• Prior HR, HR COE, or project experience in a consultative role
• Experience deploying change management plans and organizational effectiveness projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to higher-level leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

• Degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as human resource management or organizational behavior
• Knowledge and application of organization development principles and methodologies
• Experience with organization and change methodologies (Prosci, Galbraith, Change Agility)
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects
• Well-developed relationship-building and consultative skills
