• Serve as a contact and support for Regional Classification & Compensation Analysts in coordinating surveys
• Provide services to the agency's classification and compensation program area
• Conduct classification and reclassification analysis
• Perform special studies and research assignments to assess compensation and/or classification effectiveness
• Assist with labor market compensation research

• Training or experience in analyzing position descriptions and conducting job audits
• Experience performing pay-setting analysis
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment and selection activities
• Must be available to complete background checks prior to selection
• Experience with People Soft for managing and tracking human resources data is preferred

• Experience participating in a classification survey
• Experience developing and delivering formal training
• Experience analyzing reclassification requests in Wisconsin State Government
