- Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines impacting compensation programs
- 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
- Superior ability to compile, synthesize, and analyze data from various sources
- Strong written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions and influence others effectively
- Solid organizational skills and a team player mindset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
