What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze, improve, consult on, and execute compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to deliver educational tools and meetings
  • Evaluate and benchmark current compensation programs to ensure competitiveness
  • Provide recommendations on compensation strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines impacting compensation programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
  • Superior ability to compile, synthesize, and analyze data from various sources
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions and influence others effectively
  • Solid organizational skills and a team player mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
