  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to educate and implement compensation strategies

  • Stay current on legislative updates affecting compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with guidelines
What is Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make informed recommendations
  • Solid organizational skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
