- Stay current on legislative updates affecting compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make informed recommendations
- Solid organizational skills and strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
