Summary:
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. HCTM requires senior administrative professionals to support employee relations, cross-functional HR coordination, and closeout-related task management.

Provide senior administrative, coordinating, and process-support functions to HCTM closeout teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee HR task management and workflow coordination.
- Provide cross-team administrative support during large-scale workforce transition.
- Assist senior leadership with documentation, reporting, and communication needs.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years administrative or advisory HR support experience in a federal environment.
