What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze, improve, and execute various compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to provide strategic compensation solutions
  • Develop and deliver educational tools and meetings for leaders regarding compensation programs
  • Evaluate current compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and support the development of new initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines affecting compensation programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
  • Superior ability to analyze data from various sources and make informed recommendations
  • Strong written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to adapt to different working styles
  • Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
