- Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines affecting compensation programs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
- Superior ability to analyze data from various sources and make informed recommendations
- Strong written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Solid organizational skills and ability to adapt to different working styles
- Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
