• Analyze and enhance various compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to implement compensation strategies
• Develop and present recommendations for competitive compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines affecting compensation
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexity related to compensation programs

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and administering compensation programs
• Superior ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
• Strong written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence others and gain support for initiatives
• Solid organizational skills and adaptability in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
