What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Analyze and enhance various compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to implement compensation strategies
- Develop and present recommendations for competitive compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines affecting compensation
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity related to compensation programs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and administering compensation programs
- Superior ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Strong written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence others and gain support for initiatives
- Solid organizational skills and adaptability in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
