Position: Sr. Technical Recruiter (US Remote)

We are seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on a variety of corporate roles across geographies in North and South America as well as Europe, with potential expansion to other geographies or role types. This role reports to a Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition and is responsible for full life cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.

What

You'll Do
  • Utilize our ATS as system of record for all recruiting activity and documentation, including agency-submitted candidate flow. Ensure candidates are applying to open positions for compliance and audit tracking.
  • Meet with Hiring Managers at the start of the recruiting process to align on skills, experience, and expectations; outline posting, interview, and selection processes; discuss market conditions and pay expectations against the approved budget.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates through the application, interview, selection, and onboarding process.
  • Post requisitions internally and externally. Drive candidate attraction to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Review applicants for job suitability; disposition unqualified candidates. Complete phone screens for qualified candidates and submit recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Complete active sourcing or work with a sourcing partner to ensure proactive sourcing for harder-to-fill roles; provide timely feedback on talent matching and decisions.
  • Ensure the hiring process continues moving forward with consistent and timely communication to candidates and hiring managers.
  • DE&I – Partner with managers to ensure interview framework and evaluation criteria are followed and appropriate criteria are used in selection.
  • Compensation – Collaborate with Total Rewards, P&C BP, and the hiring manager in developing offer package components.
  • Coordinate with TA Coordinator to ensure interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Partner with onboarding specialists, IT, and TA Manager to stay engaged with candidates through to hire/start for a positive experience and to reduce fallouts due to notice or transition periods.
What You'll Need to be Successful
  • 6+ years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate, agency, or BPO environment with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical roles, including user experience, product, and technology
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience utilizing Workday applicant tracking system
  • Expertise with Linked In Recruiter, with other job boards and sourcing platforms as a plus
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy throughout all stages of the requisition process
  • Highly organized with the ability to self-direct and plan workday to complete assigned workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based, fluid environment with comfort dealing with change
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, talent sourcing, and interview/offer process management
  • Strong knowledge of local/regional/national employment laws, including experience working across multiple countries
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-up with hiring managers and candidates to foster a positive hiring experience and employment brand
