Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary
The Regional Talent Leader (RTL) provides full recruitment support to our LCB communities and the community leaders. The RTL works with the other Regional Talent Leaders (RTL), community leadership, regional disciplines, and the VPOCLR on searching and managing our applicant tracking platform (Paycom) and other platforms for a more seamless and timely experience for all applicants. The RTL plays an active role in the courting of candidates until a hire is made and accepted.
The RTL also plays an integral role in elevating our LCB Culture, LCB Brand, and to entice applicants to apply & accept offers in the competitive industry field.
This is a fully remote position.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and/or have had exposure and a positive proven track record with recruitment in or out of industry.
- The ability to interpret regulatory hiring requirements in Assisted living, to support proper hiring. Able to work quickly to make great hires and filling the hiring needs of the communities.
- The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is required.
- Requires frequent lifting, bending, stretching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Education/License: relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Prefer college degree. May need to travel as needed.
- Basic recruitment knowledge in the Senior Living Industry and/or education around communication, or effective team/recruitment building/generation, or HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, detail oriented and able to manage multiple task scenarios.
- Strong rapport skills, commitment to task, customer focus, able to plan, prioritize and goal set, able to utilize resources needed.
