Hours: 9:00 - 2:00, Monday - Thursday
About the RoleWe’re looking for an entry-level Recruiter to help support our hiring process from start to finish! You’ll assist with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and keeping everything organized in our applicant tracking system (ATS). If you’re a people-person who loves staying organized, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Review resumes and complete phone/virtual screenings.
- Schedule interviews using Microsoft Teams/Outlook.
- Post job openings to job boards and internal sites.
- Keep candidate info accurate and organized in the ATS.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Support hiring managers and recruiting efforts as needed.
- 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or admin experience (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Industrial experience is a plus (not required).
Able to work at a computer for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
