Healthcare Recruiter

Star Health is hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to contact and screen candidates to determine if they meet the criteria for successful placement with a healthcare client. The Recruiter is expected to successfully fill positions by matching candidates to clients, thoroughly following through the process from prospecting to placement.

• Speak with a high number of candidates each day as well as quickly evaluate candidate qualifications as they pertain to the available jobs we represent.
• Call, email, and screen candidates, logging each activity as it occurs.
• Provide candidates with job descriptions, follow the process for presentation of candidates to clients, schedule interviews, and place follow-up calls or emails.
• Continuously work and communicate with both clients and candidates daily.
• Attend all scheduled meetings.

• Place more candidates, earn more money.

• It is a remote position, so you won't have to move or commute.
• You won't have to sell our services; this is recruiting only.
• Our time to fill is faster than most.
• We have a marketing and administration team that writes, publishes, and pushes out your job ads. We work hard to reduce the amount of time you spend on non-recruiting activities.

• Previous healthcare recruiting experience.
