Overview
Contract HRIS Implementation Consultant - Can be based anywhere in the USA. At Shockingly Different Leadership, we are changing the way HR-functions scale up their teams during peak periods of work!

- Lead successful HRIS implementation projects and change management for clients (commonly 3–6 months in length).
- Prepare the business and its teams for the HRIS launch, go-live period, and post-implementation phases; ensure successful integration of the new HRIS system.
- Embed change throughout a global organization, with a preference for HR systems (ideally Workday HRIS).
- Deliver and embed change across a global organization with a 50/50 mix of remote and office-based employees.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across multiple locations.
- Provide end-to-end change management from strategy and planning to execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HRIS implementation.
- Solid knowledge of change models and experience embedding change in a global organization, preferably in HR systems.
- Experience working with remote/homestreaming teams is beneficial.
