- Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines impacting compensation programs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize and analyze data from various sources
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence others and gain support for decisions
- Strong organizational and business acumen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
