Retirement Plan Consultant - REMOTE

National Plan Provider is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of retirement services, including Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans, and a strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and industry best practices. The Retirement Plan Consultant will advise clients on the compliance, design, and administration of their retirement plans.

• Manage relationships with a caseload of clients proactively.
• Review plan documents to ensure compliance with IRS regulations and advise on plan enhancements.
• Set clear expectations with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Build trust through honesty, reliability, and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in retirement plans.
• Previous experience with a TPA is preferred.
• ASPPA or NIPA designations are a plus but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of retirement plan administration, compliance, and enhancements.
