Talent Acquisition Resourcer – Specialist Recruitment Support
Job OverviewWe’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support a UK-based recruitment consultancy working on exclusive RPO contracts across engineering, clean tech, and scientific sectors. This is a vital back-office role focused on sourcing high-calibre candidates for niche, high-value roles – without any client-facing responsibilities.
You’ll be working closely with a UK leadership team who bring over 35 years of combined experience in global recruitment. They’ll manage client relationships while you focus on what you do best: finding exceptional talent. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, professional environment where your expertise in sourcing and headhunting will directly impact the success of long-term UK client engagements.
KeyResponsibilities
- Source, identify, and qualify top-tier candidates for roles in engineering, data science, clean tech, and specialist sales.
- Conduct deep talent mapping and headhunting across the UK market, particularly in Bristol and hybrid-working environments.
- Use platforms such as Linked In Recruiter (RPS+) to proactively engage passive talent.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand job requirements, timelines, and priorities.
- Present well-qualified candidate shortlists with clear justification for selection.
- Support the delivery of a high-volume hiring campaign (30 roles) over a 9–12 month period, scaling as needed.
- Keep records updated using simple tools like Google Sheets or the internal CRM.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally within tech, engineering, or scientific sectors.
- Proven success in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing (not reliant on job boards).
- Prior international recruitment experience – specifically UK markets – is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Linked In Recruiter or RPS+.
- Familiarity with using ATS or CRM systems; experience with Google Workspace preferred.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and suggest creative hiring solutions.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a professional home working setup.
