As Recruitment Business Partner, you’re responsible for how Bridge Fund grows. You own recruitment end to end, from the first conversation with a hiring manager to a signed contract and a strong start. You set the pace, keep momentum high, and make sure the right people join at the right time. Recruitment here isn’t a support task. It’s a core part of how we perform.
You’ll be working side by side with hiring managers across the business, from tech and product to commercial and operations teams, you decide how to approach the market, where to search, and how to hire right without slowing down. You’re trusted to make calls, move fast, and keep quality high. In your first months, you’ll build a deep understanding of the business and our teams.
Within a year, you’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a steady force in a busy environment. You’ll play a key role in hiring around 65 people in 2026, helping Bridge Fund grow without losing speed, quality, or culture.
Own up to 5 vacancies end-to-end, from intake and strategy to offer and start date
Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, align expectations, and decide on the right hiring approach
Actively source candidates for a wide range of roles, from tech and product to more commercial and niche positions
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep both candidates and hiring managers informed
Lead salary negotiations and close offers with confidence and care
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tooling, and ways of working
Use data to spot bottlenecks, improve conversion, and make informed proposals
Contribute to employer branding activities and help attract the right talent
Train and support interviewers, together with colleagues from the People team
You like having things under control. You take ownership naturally and don’t wait for instructions to fix what needs fixing. You enjoy recruitment as a craft and a business driver, not just as a service role.
5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in scale ups or fast growing organisations
Proven experience owning TA processes independently, from sourcing to offer
Strong sourcing skills and genuine enjoyment in finding candidates yourself
Experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels, including tech roles
Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into concrete improvements
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience using AI and tooling to improve and scale recruitment processes, without losing the human touch
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers
A builder mindset, you like improving things and making impact
