A boutique consulting firm is seeking an HR Administrator to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle for clients in South Africa and the USA. This remote role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a minimum of 3 years in HR administration and solid organizational skills.
Additional experience with Zoho and working internationally is a plus.
