What you’ll be doing:
Source and recruit Service Providers (mental health clinicians and other independent contractors) according to standardized guidelinesEstablish and maintain an excellent business relationship with candidates and respond to inquiries in a timely mannerNegotiate rates within established frameworkIdentify and implement business processes to proactively create efficiencies in the recruitment processWork collaboratively with the Service Provider Recruitment team and Hiring Managers to deliver a high level of serviceCollect and upload agreements and other relevant documents into service provider databaseProvide administrative support as requiredWhat we’re looking for:
Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Administration or other relevant discipline2 – 3 years’ experience in an office environment, previous recruitment experience is a strong assetProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook combined with strong keyboarding skillsExcellent verbal and written English & French language skills are requiredStrong organizational, administrative and time management skillsProven ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationshipsDetail-oriented, creative, resourceful, accurate and accountable with the ability and willingness to take initiativeSolid negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be an assetEnglish & French language skills are required as this role supports, communicates and/or collaborates with both French and English-speaking clients and/or colleagues nationally.
