Position: Human Resources Coordinator (17-month contract)
What You’ll Do
You will join a high - performing team and support a variety of HR tasks and projects. These include;
Working in collaboration with other colleagues on ensuring overall accuracy and integrity of employee dataCoordinating various employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes and departuresActively participate in the development and planning of variety of HR related events and initiatives and coordinate the execution including firm celebrations, employee appreciation events, service recognition programs, etc.Administer and process all employee changes including departures, contract extensions, salary and position change correspondence, etc.Responsible for conducting orientation sessions and coordinating onboarding activities for new hiresWork with HR Management team on process improvement initiatives to maximize department efficiencyProvide support to the Manager, Disability, Wellness & Benefits in the planning and coordination of wellness initiatives at both local and national levelsCompletes timely HR data processing activities in HRISAssists in administration of national performance management processesRespond to general HR inquiries regarding policies and programsAssist with a variety of HR tasks including drafting employee correspondence, position change letters, memos etc.Actively participate and assist in coordination of Joint Health & Safety Committee activities.Provide support on various national and local office HR projects, as required.What You’ll Bring
Your degree or diploma in Human Resources (or related field) will be put into action.Your past experience in a client‑centric, fast‑paced, and professional work environment will support a smooth transition.You demonstrate advanced administrative skills and strong aptitude with technology, including Office 365 and established HRIS systems.You thrive on being proactive, creative, and flexible—especially when it comes to process improvement.You consistently receive positive feedback for your superior interpersonal and communication skills.You exemplify HR professionalism by delivering sensitive information with diplomacy and handling confidential matters with sound judgment.McMillan Offers You
