As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support with an emphasis on Commercial Pharmaceutical recruiting.
This is a temporary 12-month contract assignment. Duties and responsibilities Headhunt, engage, and screen top-tier talent for commercial pharmaceutical roles Partner with Talent acquisition to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, direct sourcing, and market mapping Ensure an inclusive, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Support urgent and high-priority hiring needs in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Provide daily support to talent acquisition on key business initiatives, Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting Pharmaceutical industry (commercial) experience preferred.
