We’re Hiring! Sales Executive With Recruitment/Staffing Sales Experience – UK (Remote) About EiVA HR Solutions
EiVA HR is a boutique London-based recruitment and staffi ng company specializing in offshore staffi ng and talent acquisition. We connect top-tier Filipino professionals and talents with global businesses, especially fast-growing startups building high-performing teams. We are expanding in the UK and seeking a Sales Executive to help us reach local companies and startups, drive new business growth, and build long-term partnerships.
Role Overview- We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have worked inside recruitment or staffi ng companies, selling recruitment or staffi ng solutions to clients.
- Experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffi ng sales is a strong advantage.
- We are looking for a confi dent closer with full-cycle sales experience and deep understanding of the recruitment and staffi ng industry.
- Acquire new clients from startups, tech companies, and other businesses in the UK that use recruitment services and offshore staffi ng solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposals → negotiation → closing.
- Build strong relationships with HR/Talent leaders, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Identify market opportunities and support the company’s growth strategy.
- Represent Eiva HR at HR, staffing, and outsourcing industry events.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience within a recruitment or staffing company.
- Proven success selling recruitment or staffi ng solutions (retainer, contingency, RPO, sourcing, offshore staffi ng).
- Strong advantage: experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffi ng sales.
- Full sales cycle experience and strong understanding of recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English + CRM proficiency.
