Recruitment Consultant - Temps & Contracts (Finance & Accountancy).

Camberley.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Ready to take ownership and grow your own desk? We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage our Temps and Contracts desk in the Finance & Accountancy sector. You will join a small, supportive team of two consultants focused on permanent recruitment, giving you the chance to build on their successes while carving out your own path.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you will be out meeting clients, doing drops, and building strong relationships across Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas. The desk already has some business flowing through it, but the real opportunity lies in growing it into something big.
