Human Resources Supervisor – Romeoville, IL What You’ll Do

Play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture by leading HR operations, employee relations, and compliance efforts. Your work will directly impact associate experience and help build a thriving, engaged team.

• Champion employee support through onboarding, benefits guidance, payroll, and workplace policies.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment by ensuring compliance with labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, Title VII).
• Build strong union relationships, lead negotiations, and resolve concerns collaboratively.
• Drive smooth onboarding and conduct fair, timely investigations when needed.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, HR records, workers’ comp, and leave programs with care and precision.
• Contribute to recruitment, workforce planning, and performance reviews to strengthen our team.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (PHR/SPHR preferred).
• 5–10 years HR experience, including 5+ in leadership roles.
• PHR and/or SPHR certification from SHRM or a college‑plus demonstrated years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and safety practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Union experience in negotiations and contract administration.

• Onsite at our Romeoville, IL Distribution Center
• 5 days a week – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (remote work not available)
• Occasional travel

• Salary is DOE with starting pay between $60 k – $90 k and bonus eligible.
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
