We’re currently seeking a  Learning & Leadership Development Lead (Remote)

About the Role
In this role, you’ll share our award-winning personal enrichment programs with individuals globally — programs designed to support clarity, confidence, leadership, and personal evolution. You’ll connect with people through a proven, simple system, helping them discover resources that align with their goals and aspirations.
This is a  relationship-centered role , blending leadership, communication, and personal development — with full training and ongoing support provided.
Tasks   What You’ll Be Doing
Share and promote transformational personal development programs with individuals worldwide
Utilize a simple, effective 3-step marketing system to connect with aligned clients
Communicate the value of programs that support growth, purpose, and success
Build authentic relationships with team members and clients
Support and guide team members in aligning their personal and professional goals
Work independently while being fully supported by a collaborative global team
Manage your own marketing budget
Facilitate orientations for new team members
Engage daily in your own mindset and personal growth practices - we truly walk the talk
Requirements   Who You Are
A strong communicator who enjoys meaningful conversations
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
Experienced in leadership, mentoring, coaching, education, social work, HR, marketing, or related fields
Skilled in relationship-building and empowering listening
Passionate about personal growth, awareness, and continuous development
Comfortable guiding and supporting others toward positive outcomes
Aligned with values of integrity, growth, and contribution
