BeMobile is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role is remote with some geographical restrictions.

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and meet all requirements outlined in BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered).
  • 2-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency).
  • Proven ability to source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and career events.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong candidate and hiring manager relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, coordinate interviews, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable representing the company at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruiting is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy requirements for driving

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

  • Start the day by reviewing emails and messages from candidates and hiring managers.
  • Check the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for new applications and candidate updates.
  • Source potential candidates through Linked In, referrals, networking groups, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations.
  • Prepare and share candidate profiles and interview feedback with hiring managers.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss current open positions, recruitment challenges, and hiring strategies.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, community events, or networking meetups, engaging with potential candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline health.
  • Participate in continuous learning about recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Handle unexpected situations, such as candidate cancellations or urgent hiring needs, with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • End the day by reviewing progress, following up with candidates and managers, and planning the next day’s recruitment activities.

Compensation: $62,400.00 - $68,640.00 per year
