Position: Senior Analyst, Employee Bereavement (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage bereavement-related cases within the case management system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee bereavement cases, providing guidance to families and HR stakeholders
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex bereavement-related issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to employee experience
  • Provide superior customer service with timely resolution to internal and external customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in HR, benefits, case management, or employee support roles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to balance empathy with sound judgment and policy adherence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects or programs
  • Knowledge of employee benefits or applicable laws in an HR environment
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Professional certifications in benefits, project management, or Six Sigma
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and macros
