- Chance to build meaningful relationships with military and veteran communities
- Manage the employer's Department of War Skill Bridge Program and develop partnerships with military organizations
- Build relationships with Active Duty Military, Veterans, and Military Spouse networking groups
- Execute sourcing strategies from various sources to attract talent
- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate presentation, selection, offer, and negotiation
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on salary recommendations and offers
- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting or equivalent related experience
- Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of positions on a national level
- Knowledge of recruiting processes, including legal constraints and interviewing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Power Point
- Previous military service
- Experience managing veteran and military spouse hiring initiatives
