Military Programs Specialist; Remote

• Salary up to $90,000

• Manage the employer's Department of War Skill Bridge Program and develop partnerships with military organizations
• Build relationships with Active Duty Military, Veterans, and Military Spouse networking groups
• Execute sourcing strategies from various sources to attract talent
• Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate presentation, selection, offer, and negotiation
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on salary recommendations and offers

• Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting or equivalent related experience
• Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of positions on a national level
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, including legal constraints and interviewing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Power Point

• Previous military service
• Experience managing veteran and military spouse hiring initiatives
