Position: Senior Analyst, Employee Bereavement (Remote)

Responsibilities
  • Manage bereavement-related cases within the case management system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex bereavement-related issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee bereavement cases, providing sensitive guidance
  • Identify opportunities to improve bereavement processes and enhance overall employee experience
  • Drive process improvement by refining procedures across business units and the Total Rewards Community of Expertise
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in HR, benefits, case management, or employee support roles
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of employees and managers
  • Ability to balance empathy and compassion with sound judgment and policy adherence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects or processes
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits or applicable laws in an HR environment
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional benefits, project management, and/or Six Sigma certification(s) or accreditations
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts; macros a plus
