As a Recruiting Coordinator at Space

X, your primary responsibility is to schedule all candidate phone and onsite interviews, ensure candidates have a great experience and successful interview day, and support the recruiting team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. You may greet and tour candidates and help recruiters identify top talent by participating in recruiting events or sourcing.

  X to speak intelligently about programs with candidates and client groups
• Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
• Assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed

• LENGTH OF POSITION: 6 months (permanent hire conversion based on performance and business need)
• LOCATION:
  
  Redmond, WA (onsite required; remote work not considered)
• SHIFT: standard business hours

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• 1+ year of experience as a recruiting coordinator
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance with federal and state employment laws
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to change, and shifting priorities
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team’s success
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
• Effective communication with all levels, including senior management
• Capacity to learn and speak intelligently about our business and the space industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Onsite in Redmond, WA; remote work will not be considered

Pay range:
Recruiting Coordinator: $29.00/hour

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge, education, and experience.

Base salary is part of Space

X’s total rewards package. You may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, various discounts and perks, 10 or more paid holidays per year, paid sick time (as required by law), and company shuttles from select Seattle locations to the Space

X Redmond office (Monday to Friday).
