Overview
We are seeking a motivated and independent Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on an hourly basis. This role offers flexibility while ensuring clear alignment through a paid onboarding briefing conducted in person.
Key Responsibilities- Attend an in-person paid briefing to understand hiring needs, processes, and tools
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support ad hoc recruitment tasks as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple roles and tight timelines
- Organised, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Able to attend a one-time in-person briefing (paid)
- $20/hour pay
- Paid briefing session at the start
- Flexible WFH freelance arrangement
