This is a full-time role for a Bilingual People Services Sr Coordinator, based in Winnipeg, MB, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. The role involves managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration. The coordinator will oversee payroll processing, maintain payroll records, handle garnishments and deductions, and ensure compliance with relevant payroll tax regulations.
Additional responsibilities include providing support to employees and responding to payroll-related inquiries efficiently. Opportunity to learn Pension and Benefits tasks.
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Salary: CA $19.00 - CA $21.00.
Qualifications- Expertise in Payroll Administration, including payroll record management and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing tasks such as accurate and timely payment processes
- Experience managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes effectively
- Knowledge of Accounting principles as they pertain to payroll
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent is a strong asset
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time
