Raider T Recruiting is hiring a remote talent acquisition specialist in Desoto County, MS. This is a 1099 contractor position with a flexible schedule. Work from home recruiter paid per driver hired with uncapped commissions.

• Work with managers at client level to understand current staffing needs and provide updates on applicant status.
• Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client application and ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
• Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and overcome obstacles that prevent applicants from attending scheduled orientation.
• Administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
