Human Resources Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Representative to support daily HR operations in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and employee-support services across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance while working closely with management and internal teams.

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and offer documentation
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with management on HR initiatives and process improvements

• Prior experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must reside in the United States
• Must have a valid U.S. work permit or authorization to work in the U.S.
