- Manage the employer's Department of War Skill Bridge Program and build partnerships with military organizations
- Develop relationships with active duty military, veterans, and military spouse networking groups
- Execute sourcing strategies to enhance talent pipelines and recruit for various positions
- Coordinate all communications with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams on salary recommendations and offers
- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting or equivalent related experience
- Proven experience in recruiting for a broad range of positions at a national level
- Knowledge of recruiting processes, legal constraints, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
- Previous military service or experience managing veteran and military spouse hiring initiatives
- Familiarity with military programs and veteran service organizations
