What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including pre-screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Collaborate with business unit leadership to formulate strategic recruitment and retention plans

  • Actively participate in recruiting events and promotional campaigns
  • Promote and attract qualified candidates to the organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Health Administration, or relevant field
  • One (1) year of professional experience in a recruitment or human resources generalist capacity, preferably in healthcare
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and other stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques and online/social media recruiting experience
  • Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Experience with marketing and presentation skills
