What you will be doing:- Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor to the Commercial and Manufacturing executive leadership teams, aligning workforce and leadership plans with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Partner with senior executives to lead executive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development across Commercial and Manufacturing.
- Advise executive leadership on organization design, restructuring, and operating model decisions to enhance agility, decision‑making, productivity, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Coach executive leaders, GMs, and Plant Managers on performance management, leadership effectiveness, safety leadership, and culture activation.
- Collaborate with HR COEs on leadership development, rewards, talent acquisition, and learning strategies tailored to commercial and manufacturing organizations.
- Use talent and workforce analytics to provide executive‑level insights on engagement, retention, skills, leadership readiness, and organizational health.
- Champion safety, employee relations, accountability, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations in partnership with executive leadership.
- Promote collaboration and cultural consistency across global commercial and manufacturing leadership teams.
- Ensure HR strategies, priorities, and interventions directly support executive business objectives and measurable outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field;
Master’s preferred. - 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting executive leadership teams within commercial, manufacturing, or operations organizations on a global scale.
- Proven success in executive partnership, organization design, capability building, and enterprise‑level change leadership.
- Strong executive presence, judgment, and business acumen in complex, matrixed environments.
