A prominent food company in Crewe is seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month contract. The role involves managing employee relations, supporting HR initiatives, and driving engagement with a focus on wellbeing. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing. This is primarily onsite but allows for 1 day of remote work each week.
