IT Recruiter

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an
IT Recruiter to join us and support hiring across different teams, technologies, and locations for a full‑time (40 hours per week) position in Poland (remote). It is a hands‑on role focused on active sourcing, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering a great candidate experience. You will mainly work with technical roles, though non‑technical positions may also appear from time to time.

The hiring scope covers multiple countries across Europe.

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a tech or outsourcing environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with sourcing and candidate evaluation.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring market dynamics.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and stay organized.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, and self‑driven individual.
• The ability to stay flexible and comfortable while working in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong interest in the tech industry.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

• Own the full recruitment cycle: from intake to offer stage.
• Actively source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels and tools.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on hiring priorities.
• Create and optimize job descriptions and job postings.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to improving recruitment workflows and internal processes.
• Anticipate hiring risks and labor market changes.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters when needed.
• Collect feedback from candidates and stakeholders to continuously improve the hiring experience.
